We have a unique opportunity for you. One of our clients in the construction industry asked us to find a passionate candidate in Mexico who’s comfortable working 100% remotely for a company outside of Mexico as a Sales agent. He or she will play a key role in sharing information about company's services. Sales representatives are responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, cold calling etc. He or she will be required to grow our client portfolio and open new markets, maintain the relationships with our existing customers base through meetings, check-up calls, emails, etc. Candidate must be proactive, frustration-tolerant, and focused on results.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Understanding customer needs and offer the right solution and support

Negotiating Contracts

Multiple outbound calls to potential and existing clients
-
Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
-
Maintain call and emails records
-
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources to generate leads and close sales
-
Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
-
Meet or Exceed sales goals
-
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports using CRM software
-
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
-
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
-
Understanding and promoting company programs
-
Obtain punctual payments from clients
-
Create a post-sale relationship with clients
-
Coordinate with staff on site to visit clients and leads to evaluate needs or promote services

Answering client questions about credit terms, services, prices and availability
Requirements
-
BA (truncated, in progress or completed) in Business, Communications, Civil Engineer or similar with minimum 1.5 years of experience as a sales agent or Highschool diploma with at least 3 years of experience as a sales agent preferably for a general construction or hauling company.

Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer

Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

Ambitious in the personal & professional ambit

Office or Google Suite general knowledge

Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers

Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines

Demonstrated and proven sales results

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Bilingual (Spanish & English)
